New Student Orientation August 5, 2008 at 6:30 pm
Registration Requirements for New Students
* immunization record (must be on a Tennessee card from doctor or health department)
* withdraw form from previous school
* 2 proofs of residency ( water, electric, cable, home phone bill or anything that is tied to the land on a monthly basis)
*birth certificate
*social security card
* IEP or 504 from previous school (if applicable)
Character Counts at East Ridge Middle School
Here at East Ridge we run a program that supports the character education movement. There are six pillars in the character counts program they are: Respect, Fairness, Responsibility, Caring, Trustworthy, and Citizenship. Each 6 weeks we will ask teachers to choose a student that has exhibited above and beyond the specific character count for that 6 weeks. The students that are chosen will then receive a East Ridge t-shirt as a reward.
