I have been a teacher for 12 years, the last six years at Lincoln Heights Middle School. I love teaching mathematics! My other responsibilities include sponsoring the yearbook and coaching the Scholars Bowl team.
Mission For The Class
To foster a deep interest in mathematics and an understanding of mathematical problem solving. I hope to do many hands-on math activities throughout the school year.

Grading Procedures
30% = Daily Work/Assignments
20% = Quizzes
50% = Tests
Extra Credit
Students may earn 10 bonus points each week toward their daily grade by copying and correctly answering the Problem of the Week. It is posted each Monday and they have until Friday to turn it in. All bonus points are applied to their daily grade at the end of the six weeks.
Students will also be given at least one extra credit problem on each test.
