A VERY important note to parents:
As you can see above, the books chosen this six weeks are based on Social Studies topics. The required book summaries will be averaged into your child’s six weeks reading grade, and the accerated reader tests will be averaged into his / her social studies grade.
All required reading and book summaries are due by:
Tuesday, April 10th.
What we're studying in math:
Mountain Math concepts and fractions.
What we're studying in social studies:
Finishing up government and moving on to famous explorers.
What we're studying in science:
Taking care of the human body, planets, weather, kitchen science, plant and animal adaptations, natural disasters, and volcanoes.
