Teen Living is designed to help students develop skills needed for living in their teen years. Instructional content from the Family & Consumer Sciences curriculum includes personal development, life management, and career exploration. Skills in problem solving, decision making, critical thinking, interpersonal communications, and application of basic academics are reinforced in this course.

Student Supply List:
8th GRADE
QUILT-1 spool of thread, 1 bag quilt batting (crib size), 1 1/2 yard fabric (backing), 1/2 yard coordinating fabric, 1/2 yard coordinating fabric, 1/2 yard coordinating fabric (TOTAL of 3 fabrics, 1/2 yard each), 1 pack of quilting pins.
Place all sewing supplies in a gallon Ziploc bog with the student's name on it.
7th GRADE
INTERIOR DESIGN- 2 glue sticks, 1 full sheet of WHITE poster board, bedroom decor items such as pictures, scrapbooking paper, ribbon, etc.
APRON- 1 yard fabric, 1 spool of thread to match.
Place all sewing supplies in a gallon Ziploc bag with the students name on it.
6th GRADE
BABYSITTING- 1 folder with pockets and prongs.
ALL GRADES must have a signed Family Life permission form to participate in the unit.
